My name is Amanda, and as I traverse through my post-grad life and search out career opportunities, I continue to realize just how deep my well of passion goes for spreading the wealth of knowledge of health, nutrition and fitness.

I graduated from college with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology.  I studied anatomy, biology, diseases, biomechanics, physics, sports nutrition, and so much more, all contributing to my knowledgeable foundation when it comes to health and fitness.  Additionally, I am a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach for a private high school, and former collegiate athlete.  My myriad experiences in the health and fitness world puts me in a unique position to connect and coach people of all ages and fitness levels.

I have so much I want to share to help people everywhere take control of their fitness journeys.  I hope the information in this blog helps you achieve your fitness goals, broadens your understanding of health science, and motivates and inspires you to do better everyday!
